When your documents need to stay on your premises, or you want to use your knowledge base over the long term, we assess your environment, recommend suitable local infrastructure and support its introduction.

We use local AI to make your documents accessible in our protected processing environment. Our Repertadata Vault Controller manages the controlled workflows and documents where your data is processed, which tools are used and which approvals apply. You receive the results together with a traceable audit record.

How it works: clarify goals and records → define the pilot and agree where processing will take place → process the subset and hand over the results with evidence → you decide whether and how to continue.
We recommend a suitable local environment and support its introduction. The project proposal sets out the tasks involved in configuring the AI application. Procuring, setting up and running the underlying IT remains your responsibility or that of your IT team.

Do we need our own AI hardware?
Not for a pilot in our environment. If you want to run the AI on your own systems, we work out together which environment suits your records and your goals.
Where will our documents be processed?
We agree this before the project starts: in our local processing environment or on your systems. Your document contents are processed exclusively by local models and are not sent to any cloud model. We agree and log the arrangements for handover, return and deletion in advance.
