How Repertadata began.
Repertadata grew out of a practical problem: there was no suitable way to process an accumulated body of knowledge locally and traceably. Our own method became a service for businesses.
Repertadata is based in south-west Germany and connected to Germany’s tech and AI community.
Over 18 years, notes, files and PDFs had accumulated in my own archive. They included business records from ten years of self-employment: quotations, invoices, project documentation and the related correspondence. There was plenty of knowledge, but it was hard to find again. I used local AI to make the collection searchable. The documents stayed on my own systems throughout.
Today, I help businesses make confidential legacy records accessible and put existing knowledge back to use.
I use AI for planning, development and the content of this website. I process sensitive document content locally. I check content and results myself; editorial responsibility for this website rests with me.
I believe confidential records do not belong in someone else’s data centre. AI results must be traceable and stand up to scrutiny.
